2 oz cranberry juice
1/2 oz peach schnapps
2 oz orange juice
1 & 1/2 oz vodka |
Add vodka and peach schnapps to a tall glass over ice. Fill with equal measure of cranberry and orange juice and stir. |
Jerk Killer
1/2 oz cream
2 & 1/2 oz sweet and sour mix
1/2 banana
1 & 1/4 oz dark rum
1 dash vanilla extract |
Blend ingredients in a blender with ice until smooth. |
Orange Daiquiri
2 oz orange juice
1/2 oz lime juice
2 oz light rum
1 teas super fine sugar
orange slice |
Dissolve sugar in orange and lime juice. Mix in rum, shake and strain into a frosted glass. Garnish with orange slice. |
Banana Daiquiri
1 & 1/2 oz lime juice
1 banana
1 tabl triple sec
1 & 1/2 oz light rum
1 teas sugar |
Break up banana. Dissolve sugar in lime juice. Mix in rum, triple sec, and banana. Blend all until smooth with some cracked ice in a blender. |
Rum Runner
4 oz orange juice
4 oz pineapple juice
4 oz cranberry juice
1 oz blackberry brandy
1 & 1/2 oz coconut rum |
Mix all ingredients in a cocktail glass and add ice. |
Jungle Juice*
6 bananas
2 cups orange juice
1 dash ginger |
Break the bananas in pieces. Place orange juice and ginger in a blender and blend in the banana pieces. |
Safe Romance on the Beach*

Cinco de Mayo
1 & 1/2 oz tequila
1 oz melon liquor
1 oz watermelon schnapps
4-5 oz 7 Up soda
1 lemon

Pour the watermelon schnapps into a collins glass and fill with ice. Now that it's chilled, tilt the glass and gently pour in the tequila. Cut up a lemon and squeeze into the tequila, and carefully bring the drink almost to the top of the glass with 7 Up. Float the melon liquor on the top. |
Mojito
3 fresh mint sprigs
2 teas sugar
3 tabl lime juice & 1/2 oz light rum
club soda
slice of lime |
In a tall glass, crush part of the mint with a fork to coat the inside. Add the sugar and lime juice and stir thoroughly. Top with ice. Add rum and mix. Top it off with club soda. Add a lime and the remaining mint. |
Mango Mojito
4 mint leaves
1 & 1/2 oz mango rum
3 oz club soda
lime wedge |
Crush the mint and lime wedge in the bottom of an old fashion glass. Add mango rum, club soda and ice. |
Fiesta Margarita
1- 12 oz can frozen limeade concentrate
6 oz tequila
3 oz orange liquor
12 oz Corona beer

Mix all the ingredients for several drinks except salt in a pitcher. Slide lime around margarita glass rims and dip in salt. Enjoy! |
Tequila Sunrise
2 oz tequila
orange juice
2 dashes grenadine syrup |
Pour tequila in a tall glass with ice and top with orange juice. Stir. Add grenadine by tilting glass and pouring grenadine down side by flipping the bottle vertically very quickly. The grenadine should go straight to the bottom and then rise up slowly through the drink. |
Tequila Seabreeze
1 & 1/2 oz tequila
4 oz cranberry juice
1 oz grapefruit juice |
Pour the tequila in a tall glass with ice. Add cranberry and grapefruit juice and stir. |

15 whole mint leaves
2 cups sweetened iced tea

In a cocktail shaker, add ice and min leaves. Shake a few times to bruise mint leaves. Add the tea, lime juice and vodka and shake. Pour into large glass and garnish with lime slice. |

Chocolate Cream Nectar*
1/2 cup brewed coffee
3 cups water
1 cup sugar
1 teas vanilla
2 chocolate squares
whipped cream |
Melt chocolate in saucepan over low heat. Add coffee and cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add sugar and water and cook 5 minutes. Chill, add vanilla. Put about a tablespoon whipped cream into glasses, pour in chocolate. |
Chocolate Punch*
4 oz semisweet chocolate
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups hot water
2 quarts milk
1 & 1/2 teas vanilla extract
1 quart vanilla ice cream
1 quart club soda
1/2 pint heavy whipped cream |
In a large saucepan combine the chocolate and sugar with the hot water. Bring to a boil, stirring for 2 minutes. Add milk and continue heating. When hot, beat in vanilla extract with a whisk. Remove from heat. Chill, then pour into a punch bowl over ice cream. For sparkle, add club soda. Top with whipped cream . |
