Shake you Maracas! – Spicy Mexican Fiesta
Experience sizzling Latin America while shaking maracas and wearing fantastico sombreros! Fiestas are very colorful and our tableware will show that with lots of splashes of spicy primary colors. We’ll listen to all sorts of exciting booty shaking sounds from Mexico, South America and the Caribbean. You’ll cook a sensational dinner full of flavor that will make you start speaking Spanish and shout - Ole senorita!

Latin music is very diverse and includes the music of all countries in Latin America and the Caribbean. This style of music uses piano, horns and even bongos. We’ll listen to such styles as rumba, merengue, mumba, and salsa.

Corn Tortilla Cups with Shrimp Salsa Dainty little cups will be made out of tortilla shells and then we'll fill them with a spicy sweet combo of shrimp salsa.
 
Verde Chicken and Queso Empanadas This pastry dish originates in Spain and the Middle East. The dough can be filled with just about anything, but ours will be filled with chicken, tomatillo (green) sauce, and cheese. 

Fiesta Bonita Stuffed Peppers A popular dish in Latin American countries. Tomatoes, onions, garlic and spices will be sautéed and simmered with chorizo (smoky Iberian sausage) and rice and placed in a pepper..

Margarita Salad This fun salad is very much like salsa. Tomato, onions, peppers, corn, and beans are pulled together with an avocado sauce and is served up in a margarita glass.

Caliente Citrus Fruit Salad Tropical fruits will be simmered in a jalapeño syrup.
